Hanging with Giuliana Rancic at Public House in Chicago
Last night I went to Public House Chicago to support the Bright Pink event hosted by the lovely Giuliana Rancic. Public House Chicago has only been open a few weeks and I have really been wanting to check out this new spot and with Giuliana hosting the event last night, I thought it was the perfect time to go.
Check out my video with Giuliana!
As you can see from the video the event was a great turnout!
So, if you are not familiar with the Bright Pink, it’s a non-profit organization which supports empowering young women to to be proactive with early detection of breast and ovarian cancer. Knowing and being a part of organizations like this one is really important to all women. We all need to be aware of our bodies and know how to be preventive and to learn how to stay healthy as well as build a great support system for women.
To find out more or to become a part of this organization please go here.
We all got pink drinks with proceeds going to Bright Pink. I’m a big fan of these events because you can have a fun night with your friends, and be a part of a great cause. While we were enjoying our drinks, and dancing to great music all night long I was even able to meet with Giuliana to take a photo.

Public house has a huge menu including small plates, flat breads, burgers and an amazing selection of beers which is the main theme of this bar. They have 25 beers on tap, a bottle selection of 75, even beer flutes, and some great specialty cocktails. Here is their full menu.

Our drinks: A Matilda and the Monkey Business. The Monkey Business was so good!

For dinner we choose the chicken pesto flat bread

and the wedge salad
We had such a great evening at Public House and the Bright Pink event was fabulous! It’s a great spot to hang out with friends, and they played really fun music all night. We couldn’t stop dancing!

Bill and Giuliana seem so cool. It must be tough being
famous and so nice. It’s gotta get frustrating. I hope they never
change.
Where downtown is this Kel? I really wanna go, I heard it
is supposed to be pretty cool! I think we should have a date night
there soon!!
It’s a really fun place! Great drinks, food, and music. It’s at State and Kenzie. I would love for us to go!
Awesome!! I heart Guliana & Bill – would’ve loved
to make it to this event but we had other plans ;( So cool you got
to meet/picture with her!
I think the same people own Bull and Bear. 80′s music all
night. They played Bless the Rains Down in Africa by Toto. Best
80′s song ever.
