I found a few adorable dress at Forever 21 for under $30. Yes Forever 21 is cheaper and some stuff can look not so good but I have brought a few dresses from there and they usually end up being really cute fitting and looking dresses.

Modcloth.com is one of my favorites to get dresses online. These dresses are great and are great quality too.  They run a little bit bigger so you might want to get a size smaller. Plus what is great about this site is most of the dresses are under $100 and $7 shipping!
