		<description>Hi Kelly
I like cold weather drinks too, and my fave is a drink often served in France at brocantes: antique/flea markets. When the chill comes in the air, having a nice vin chaud (hot wine) for 1.50euro makes it feel and taste like Fall.

Here&#039;s the simple recipe a dealer at one of my favorite brocantes, Bastille, gave me. I now make it at home and enjoy it many times each autumn!

Vin Chaud
1 bottle of inexpensive, but drinkable, red wine
1 small plastic cup filled with granulated light brown sugar
1 small plastic cup filled with orange juice
1 cinnamon stick
Heat until bubbly, stirring well, serve and enjoy!

Moi tip: Serve vin chaud at a party, and keep the wine warm in a crock pot, and let guests serve themselves.
Bon Appetite!
Moi
